Violet is from Los Angeles and is majoring in Public Policy, minoring in Art History, and pursuing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship certificate. She chose to explore the topic of Raise the Age and the broader juvenile justice system after her involvement with Teen Court programs throughout high school. She finds the juvenile system particularly interesting, as it is more focused on skill development and reintegration of youth in the long term. After graduation, Violet plans on working at PJ Solomon in New York.
