Teresa Chen

Teresa Chen is a senior majoring in Public Policy and Political Science, with a certificate in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Originally from Guangzhou, China, she is broadly interested in how technology influences international development and economic equity, as well as the ethical dilemmas that arise at this intersection. Some of her formative college experiences include interning at an investigative firm and a social impact organization, supporting Professor Rogerson’s research on digital equity, and analyzing Chinese law through Bass Connections. Apart from studies, Teresa is actively involved in Chinese dance, Duke Justice Project,  Chinese Students Association, and Public Policy Majors Union. She hopes to gain startup work experience and pursue law school.
