
Ethan Byrne is a senior majoring in Public Policy from Metuchen, NJ. Hailing from the transit-heavy Northeast US, his research interests include the intersection of lobbying and the development of passenger rail systems and infrastructure in the US. On campus, Ethan is a co-founder and president of the Transfer Student Union, a Project Director for the Project Transfer Orientation program, and a Student Assistant in the Rubenstein Rare Book and Manuscripts Library. He spent the previous summer working for Ryan Specialty in New York City, learning about the intersection of government policy and insurance. After graduation, Ethan plans to work before going to law school.
