Anna is a Public Policy major with minors in Journalism & Media and French. As a four-year member of The Chronicle and Duke Student Broadcasting, she has embraced various storytelling mediums outside of her studies — and has used her thesis as an extension of those efforts. The inspiration for Anna’s honors thesis stemmed from her mother’s past work with the Charlotte-based nonprofit Proverbs226 and the front-page article about such that she wrote for the Charlotte Observer newspaper in 2023. After graduation, Anna hopes to continue working in creative copywriting before pursuing a master’s degree.
