Caroline Kassir is a senior from Arlington, Virginia. In addition to her Public Policy major, she is pursuing a minor in Education and a certificate in Documentary Studies. Outside of the classroom, she serves on the executive board of Swing NC Duke and Women in Politics and is the captain of the womxn’s club ultimate frisbee team. Her experience doing voter outreach in the 2020 election inspired her to explore political polarization, eventually leading to her interest in split-ticket voting. After graduation, she plans to attend law school and someday work on education, healthcare, and voting rights.
