Peter is a Public Policy major with a minor in English. He hails from Boston and is an avid Boston sports fan. Peter is passionate about studying national security issues, especially as they relate to emerging technologies such as AI and autonomous vehicles. On campus, he leads the outreach for American Grand Strategy, Duke’s foremost foreign policy organization and helps recruit and promote the diverse array of speakers that the organization brings to campus. Peter was an AGS 2022 Lehrman Summer Fellow where he blogged about his internship experience due to its focus on national security. He is also a member of Duke Presidential Ambassadors (formerly Dukes & Duchesses) where he leads tours for the university president’s guests and was the class of 2020 class marshal for their graduation. This past summer, Peter worked for Renaissance Strategy Advisors, a defense & aerospace management consulting firm where he did his final project on Directed Energy weapons. After graduation, Peter will be working for Oliver Wyman’s Private Capital group in New York City.
