Audrey Patterson

Audrey Patterson is a senior from New York pursuing a B.A. in Public Policy with a minor in Journalism. Her academic and professional interests center on the intersection of law, media, and technology policy. On campus, she served as Co-President of the Expungement Team within the Duke Justice Project and now acts as a senior advisor to the group. She has also written for the 9th Street Journal and worked as a Research Assistant for the Duke Tech Policy Lab. Outside of Duke, she has gained experience through internships with CBS Evening News and the Office of the New York State Attorney General. After graduation, Audrey hopes to pursue a legal career that allows her to continue engaging with the evolving relationship between law and the media.
