Hailey Ross

Raised in Littleton, Colorado, Hailey Ross joined the class of 2023 after transferring from Colorado State University and is majoring in Public Policy with minors in Economics and Environmental Science & Policy. She has served as a Services and Sustainability Student Government Senator, lead Duke Environmental Alliance as Co-President, and spent a summer studying abroad and developing social media content for a sustainable start-up in Paris and Aix-en-Provence, France. When she graduates, Hailey will have organized a total of four waste audits on campus that aim to promote circular economic thinking, civic responsibility, and institutional transparency. Her thesis builds on her interest in sustainable waste management and policy advancements. After graduation, Hailey plans to pursue a career in environmental legislation and consulting.
