Jianna Choi

Jianna is a senior from Sacramento, California, double majoring in Public Policy and Psychology. She is interested in the intersection of policy and behavioral science and is currently a research fellow at the Duke Center for Child and Family Policy. As a Christian, Jianna is also curious about how faith intersects with welfare, which inspired her thesis. In her free time, Jianna plays guitar and enjoys outdoor adventures such as skydiving, rafting, and hiking. After graduation, she plans to research and design interventions to reduce family violence, and eventually pursue a Ph.D. in policy and behavioral science.
