Sadie Sheridan

Sadie Sheridan

Sadie is a Public Policy and History double major from Illinois. She enjoys learning how narratives of the past inform actions of the present. Sadie is currently a Service Opportunities in Leadership fellow in the Hart Leadership Program where she deconstructs and reimagines what leadership means. Through SOL, Sadie interned at the City of Greensboro’s Office of Community Safety, which facilitates non-enforcement methods of safety. In previous summers, Sadie has conducted both quantitative and qualitative research. She conducted data science research for Durham’s Holistic Empathetic Assistance Response team in 2022 and worked at the Human Sciences Research Council in Cape Town analyzing interviews in 2023. In addition to her experiential education, Sadie works as a research assistant in the Digital Art History and Visual Culture Research Lab on a project called “Mapping Occupied Krakow”. When Sadie is not in class or studying, she dances in Devils en Pointe and Embodiment Contemporary Dance.
