Wade Speeth is a first-year student at Duke Sanford, graduating with a bachelor’s in Economics, Marketing, and Business Management, with a minor in History at Muskingum University in 2024. Spending his gap year in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio and working as a Marketing Coordinator, he realized that this work did not accomplish his bigger goals concerning the public.

As he spent his time reading about and researching the persistence of poverty in the United States, he further gravitated towards studying public policy. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, hiking, photography, and hanging out his with cats.
