Rylie Martin a North Carolina native and graduated from Davidson College with a BA in History and a minor in Hispanic Studies in 2020. After graduating, Rylie worked in DC on Habitat for Humanity International’s Global Programs Design and Implementation team where she specialized in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) programming. Rylie eventually returned to her alma mater to work as the Assistant Director of the College Crisis Initiative (C2i). In this role, Rylie published research on higher education and managed C2i’s data collections related to higher education and public policy. Throughout her time at the Sanford school, she hopes to pursue policy research and opportunities at the intersection of education and economic policy. In her free time, you’ll find Rylie cooking, hanging out with friends, and watching reality TV.
