Leticia is originally from Montevideo, Uruguay but mainly resided in Tampa, Fl. She obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Jacksonville University. As a Naval Officer she has conducted multiple deployments to multiple areas while leading different Sailors in engineering and operational tasks. Leticia is passionate about National Security and finding ways to improve military service. In her free time, Leticia enjoys spending time with her dog Lucky and her husband, as well as indulging in her guilty pleasure of watching reality tv.
