Originally from Cincinnati OH, Kamala received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University, where she double majored in public policy and medicine, health, and society. Before Sanford, Kamala worked as an analyst at the US Government Accountability Office (GAO), conducting performance audits on federal programs within the Physical Infrastructure mission team. Outside of school and work, Kamala can be found exploring local restaurants and bakeries, hiking, reading, or traveling.
