- Applications for the Margolis Scholars Program in Health Policy and Management are due by May 10th. Please see the Margolis website for a more detailed information on the program and the timeline of the application process.
- New Student Survey (due June 1st)
- The Summer 2023 New Student Survey is due June 1st. This survey assists us with planning our New Student Orientation [in-person, August 21 – 25], helps us get a sense of everyone’s academic and professional interests, and at the end of the survey, we even have a few “Just For Fun” questions.
Let us know if you have any additional questions! Make sure you’re keeping an eye on your Summer 2023 Onboarding Timeline; we’re also posting the general timeline below.
With thanks,
Mitch

- Housing
- Relinking our Finding Housing page; this page includes links to on-campus housing info/applications and Duke’s off-campus housing resources.
- For students who applied for Lancaster Commons, per their website: All applications received between March 27 – April 19 will be considered at the same time; students who apply within the March 27 – April 19 timeframe will learn the status of their application the week of April 24th. Applications received after April 19th will be considered on a rolling basis, with 50% of bed spaces being reserved for students applying after April 19th.
- Students who are interested in roommate(s) are welcome to connect with their peers on the MPP Class of 2025 Facebook page. There is also DukeList, which functions similar to Craig’s List, but requires a Duke NetID to access.
- Have your previous institutions email official university transcripts to Sanford by August 1st.
- As your official transcripts arrive, we will upload them to your folder on the Class of 2025 Sakai page. This is the best way for you to check if we have received your official transcripts.
- Transcripts must come directly from the issuing institution/university to be considered official. PDFs sent by students are NOT considered official transcripts.
- Electronic transcripts are preferable and are more reliable in their delivery; please have your previous institutions send your transcripts directly to MPPStudentServices@duke.edu.
- If your institution only sends transcripts via physical mailings, please have transcripts mailed to:
Mitch Moste
201 Science Drive, RH 170

Durham, NC 27708
-
- Email transcripts for any conditional admission classes you take over the summer to MPPStudentServices@duke.edu by August 1st. These will also be uploaded to your folder on the Class of 2025 Sakai page.
