After graduation, Kamryn relocated to Florida to begin her career in the nonprofit sector and has since transitioned into higher education, where she continued to delve deeper into expanding equity and access. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of social policy and social mobility, with a particular focus on the role of nonprofits and NGOs in shaping inclusive and equitable systems and outcomes.
