Born and raised in Taiwan, Yin-Chia Yang\u00a0completed her double B.A. in History and Library Information Science from National Taiwan University in 2021. With a deep family connection with agriculture, she\u00a0held\u00a0a project of\u00a0building a governmental demonstrative field for the symbiosis of fishery and\u00a0electricity, while co-founding\u00a0and working in a solar energy and agriculture company.
\nShe is interested in the future of energy, environment\u00a0and agricultural policy, and how to balance out the industrial\u00a0need and social impact through\u00a0policy-making.
\nWith her multi-discipline\u00a0background and training in quantitative and qualitative research, Yin-Chia hopes to make policy more approachable and capable\u00a0to\u00a0address today’s need.
