Ashlynn is a 2023 graduate from The University of Alabama where she majored in history and double minored in classical civilizations and public policy. Growing up in a military family, she has had the opportunity to call many places home. Although she was born in Keflavik, Iceland\u00a0she claims Yorktown, Virginia as her hometown. Ashlynn is coming straight from her undergraduate program into the Duke Sanford School of Public Policy.\u00a0She plans\u00a0to further\u00a0research her interest in the\u00a0foreign policy field, with the ultimate goal of working in international research analytics.
