Quinn Dilley is a U.S. Army Civil Affairs officer coming to Sanford from his most recent assignment at Fort Liberty, NC, and plans to pursue a National Security and Foreign Policy concentration. Born and raised in Indiana, Quinn graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis in 2015 with Political Science and Global and International Studies degrees. Quinn has conducted multiple missions in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East during his service.
