Kathrine was born and raised in the Boston area before studying Biology and Public Health at Washington University in St. Louis. After WashU, Kathrine moved to the Bay Area and worked for health tech organizations focused on improving access to healthcare. While at Duke, Kathrine is eager to dive deeper into policy solutions to improve healthcare access and outcomes. In addition, Kathrine is interested in promoting health equity and value-based care through digital health strategies. When Kathrine isn’t in class you will probably find her trying out new recipes, training for a triathlon, or exploring trails in North Carolina.
