\"Ana<\/p>\n

Ana Herndon is a senior studying Public Policy with minors in Economics and Psychology. Ana\u2019s goals focus on creating interdisciplinary research to tackle today\u2019s most pressing issues. Ana\u2019s research interests lie in Higher Education Policy, STEM education, and Belonging in Educational and workplace contexts. At Duke, Ana has served as a research assistant for labs in both the psychology and management departments of the Trinty School of Arts & Sciences and the Fuqua School of Business. Additionally Ana was a part of the \u201cA Trauma-Informed Approach to Court\u201d Bass Connection team with Duke Law\u2019s Bolch Judicial Institute focusing on the impact on trauma informed practices on court-involved youth. Ana serves as a Costanzo\u00a0Teaching fellow in Psychology, teaching sections in Introduction to Psychology, and as a House Course Instructor in the class \u201cInequity in Higher Education.\u201d Post-grad, Ana aims to get a PhD in business or social psychology.<\/p>\n
