Designed for future administrators, advisors, advocates, and analysts, our MPP program provides a broad-based foundation in analytic and managerial methods with applications to real-world situations. Our graduates are trained to find creative and effective solutions to public problems. They are prepared to think strategically, analyze rigorously, communicate clearly, negotiate effectively and manage fairly. We offer individualized career counseling.
Typically, 75 percent of graduates are employed within three months of beginning their job search and 95 percent within one year.

The Sanford School provides merit-based scholarships to all admitted MPP students who are not receiving full funding from outside sources. The merit-based awards include tuition scholarships and/or teaching, research or staff assistantships.
